You may request service by logging onto the resident portal to initiate a service request. To provide the best service, if your request is an emergency maintenance issue, it is best to contact the leasing office directly or the emergency after hours emergency contact line. Emails are not able to be received outside of office hours and on certain holidays.

Your application will reserve your apartment. Leases are to be signed within one week after approval notice.
Residents pay gas, electric, and water based on usage. Sewer charge is an additional flat fee. Residents may choose Astound, Service Electric, or Verizon for telephone; Astound or Service Electric for cable and internet.
Application fees are $75.00 per person for each applicant 18 years or older residing in the apartment home. Corporate application fees are $200, plus a $20 criminal background check fee per adult occupant.
Yes, if there are no damages or any outstanding balance owed on your account.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, payable in certified funds (certified check, cashier’s check or money order) at lease signing.
Unfortunately, Spring Creek does not allow pets.
Yes, we do not permit smoking within our communities. Our communities are smoke-free.
